Accessibility for senior people was excellent, with easy access ramps, spacious elevators, and handrails in place to ensure a safe and convenient stay.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff in catering to the needs of senior guests. A dedicated concierge service or helpful attendants specifically trained to support older visitors would have made the vacation even more enjoyable for us.

It was close to the gondola and within walking distance to town for nights out. the apartment had plenty of sockets in the bedroom and the owners were very responsive to any issues we had. the heating was good and easy to control, and everything worked well in the kitchen and living room. the WiFi was mostly okay, although it did drop out occasionally. Cons: No issues at all. Everything was great! 😊.

The apartments at Pirin Place were absolutely incredible! They were spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed. The location was unbelievably convenient, just a stone's throw away from the gondola. The hosts were incredibly helpful and always responded promptly to any inquiries. We were blown away by our experience at Pirin Place Bansko.

the apartment had four separate berths, perfect for our group. the best part was its proximity to the gondola lift, just a few steps away. there were excellent restaurants nearby, including the Victoria restaurant just 20 steps away. the hosts were very helpful on our first night and provided all the necessary information.

The apartments themselves are well-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the apartments is commendable, with no signs of dust or dirt. The decor is stylish and the beds and couches are cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep.

There were some issues with the showers in both apartments. The shower head holders were not functioning properly, which made the shower experience less than ideal.

Ski-to-door access: I felt like a snow warrior, conquering the slopes effortlessly with the convenience of stepping right out of the hotel and onto the ski trails. It was a thrilling experience that made me feel like the winter version of James Bond.

I would recommend this hotel for its great location and satisfactory amenities.

While the showers were clean and the water was hot, they were in need of replacement as the shower head holders didn't work properly. Additionally, there were a few minor cleanliness issues, such as liquid soap on the bathroom floor and not enough toilet paper.
